When did you start your business & why?
I started my business, in January 2018 and my reason was simple, my little boy, I wanted to spend time with him and see him as most parents have to work and hardly see there children, I didn’t want that and my business fits around him instead of him having to fit around my work.
What’s been the highlight of running your own business so far?
I love being independent and watching my little business grow from nothing to what it is today. I love seeing how creative children and adults can be and allowing them to express themselves as well as making something yummy.
How do you organise your time?
Everything is planned around my son, when he is at nursery, I work and teach and then we have time when his home to play, read and spend time together.
What’s the biggest life lesson you want to pass down to your children?
That you can do anything in life, don’t let anyone tell you any difference, if you have the passion and drive you can rule the world.
What do you wish you had more time for?
Sometimes I wish I had some time to myself but everything I do is for my son to have a bright future and to show him that if you work hard you can have anything you want and actually time for myself will come when I’m old!
What’s does your ‘mum uniform’ comprise of?
My PandiBakes uniform, oversized sweatshirt, ripped jeans and my UGGs – comfort is key.
